运动

终于,今天有机会跑步了。

回想上一次在学校跑步时,已是半年前的事了。今天总共六人,有我、承业、敬勇、和他的三位朋友。果然够“steady”,六点就在校园内跑步。并不是什么活动,完全出自“就我们自己跑咯!”哈哈。

唉,体能退步了很多。但没办法,为了控制现在一直直线上升的体重,有必要做些“burn fat”的运动。除了跑步,还计划去游泳。但交通、地点、时间都是问题。好想游泳啊,特别是这几天天气热,真想去泡泡水。

计划着。

jogging is nice, but also have to be careful cause jogging will become a very good target for bad pp...

i am jogging inside the campus, so is safer then jogging around the resident area...
